As we continue with our Christmas Cheer series, Pastor Josh shared a powerful message about the joy and hope we find in Christ. He began by reading from Luke 2:10, which says:
“But the angel said to them, Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people.” This verse reminds us that the birth of Jesus is a message of joy for everyone, no matter where we are in life.
He closed the message by reading Ecclesiastes 3:11: “He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart, yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end.”
This was a reminder that Gods timing is perfect, and He is always working to bring beauty and purpose to our lives. During this Christmas season, we can rest in the joy and peace that come from trusting in Gods plan. In the last part of our “There Is More” series, Pastor Josh explores how we can make wise choices and avoid difficult situations. The choices we make can lead us into incredible freedom or serious trouble. With some simple steps, we explore how it’s possible to stay on a path that encourages us to make wise choices with God; there is more wisdom for each of us.
